Responsibilities:
Build the company and brands’ (Clients) social media strategy, profiles, and presence, including Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, and other relevant channels.
Copywriting for posts.
Manage the day-to-day handling, creatives, and copies of all social media channels such as Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter, Pinterest, YouTube, etc., adapting content to suit different tracks.
Plan the Social Media Calendar in line with short and long-term goals.
Handling Online Reputation Management (ORM) for the brand(s) assigned.
Work closely and manage reporting with the account managers to ensure daily program requirements are being executed and that overall program goals are met daily, weekly, and monthly.
To liaise with creative teams and internal resources to ensure that projects run smoothly and on time.
Understanding the client’s requirements & accordingly getting the internal teams to provide creative solutions.
Presenting the creative solution to the client, getting necessary approvals, and working towards finalizing the approach for further action.
Provide timely feedback to the internal teams and ensure appropriate revisions are made to the concept, design, etc.
Liaise with a team of designers to ensure creatives are in sync with the brand language and objective.
Consume content from different brands and influencers across the spectrum and stay updated with everything social.
Research Social Media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, and Twitter and media websites like Inshorts and other news platforms such as Google News; daily for platform updates and trends to inform the team about the same.
Assist in planning and creating short video content (e.g., Youtube Shorts, Reels, TikTok)
Basic presentation preparation skills are a must.
Qualifications:
Six months – 2 years of relevant professional experience in social media management and planning.
Passion for social media and understanding its business impact.
Knowledge of best practices for Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Instagram, and YouTube.
Good understanding of social media KPIs.
Ability to develop the right voice for each social media platform.
Experience in building community or influencer growth channels.
Understanding of graphic design principles.
Knowledge of Canva
